Cookies Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, mobile phone, tablet or other internet-connected device. They allow a website to recognise a device and remember certain information about a visit. Cookies are commonly used across the internet and can help websites operate properly, understand how visitors use them, and provide a more consistent experience.

Some cookies are placed directly by Raabet9 Casino. These are known as first-party cookies. Other cookies may be placed by service providers or other third parties that support website functions, security, analytics, communications or advertising. These are known as third-party cookies. The availability and use of particular cookies may change as our website, services and technology develop.

Cookies may be session cookies or persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary and are usually deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. The length of time a cookie remains active depends on its purpose and the settings used by the relevant service.

We may also use technologies that perform a similar function to cookies, such as pixels, tags, local storage and software development tools. In this policy, the term cookies includes these similar technologies where relevant.

2. How we use cookies

Cookies can help us provide, maintain and improve the Raabet9 Casino website. The exact cookies used may depend on the pages you visit, the features you use, your device and your consent choices. Cookies may be used for the following purposes:

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are needed for essential website functions. They may help with account access, session management, navigation, fraud prevention, security controls and the delivery of requested services. Without these cookies, parts of the website may not work properly. Because they are necessary for core functions, they may not always be available for removal through a cookie preference tool.

Functional cookies

Functional cookies allow the website to remember choices and settings. For example, they may remember language, region, display preferences or information entered into a form. These cookies can make visits more convenient and help us provide features that you have requested. If you disable them, some preferences may not be saved and certain features may need to be set again.

Performance and analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed, how users move through the site and whether pages or features are working as intended. The information may be collected in an aggregated or statistical form. We use this information to identify technical issues, improve usability, assess website performance and make our services more relevant.

Security and fraud prevention technologies

Cookies and related technologies may help us protect accounts, detect unusual activity, prevent misuse and support the integrity of our website and services. Information collected for these purposes may include device details, browser information, login activity, general location information and interaction patterns. These measures support safer access and do not remove the need for you to keep your account details confidential.

Advertising and marketing cookies

Where permitted and where applicable, marketing cookies may help us understand the effectiveness of communications, limit repeated advertising, measure visits from campaigns or show information that is more relevant to your interests. We do not use cookies to bypass responsible gambling requirements or to encourage gambling that is unsafe or unsuitable. Marketing activities remain subject to applicable law, platform rules and our internal controls.

3. Information collected through cookies

Depending on the type of cookie and your settings, information collected may include your device type, browser type, operating system, approximate location, internet protocol address, pages visited, links selected, visit times, referral information, preferences and interactions with website features. Cookies generally do not contain information such as your password in plain text. However, information collected through cookies may be connected with other information held by us where this is permitted and necessary for a stated purpose.

We use cookie information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use service providers to operate analytics, security, hosting, communication or other website functions. These providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to apply appropriate safeguards. Third-party providers may have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we recommend you review.

Cookies may involve the processing of information outside Australia, depending on the services and providers used. Where personal information is handled, we take steps required by applicable privacy obligations. We do not promise that every third-party service will use information in exactly the same way as Raabet9 Casino, so you should check the relevant third-party information before enabling optional technologies.

Cookies and account information

If you create an account or sign in, cookies may help us maintain your session and deliver account-related functions. They may also support identity, security, compliance and responsible gambling processes. Cookies do not replace required verification checks, and you may still be asked to provide information or complete additional checks when required by our policies or applicable law.

4. Your choices and cookie controls

When you first visit the website, you may be shown a cookie banner or preference tool. This may allow you to accept optional cookies, reject them, or select categories according to your preferences. Your choices may be saved in a preference cookie so that the website can remember them. Strictly necessary cookies may continue to operate because they are required for essential functions.

• Use the cookie preference tool displayed on the website, where available.
• Adjust your browser settings to block, restrict, delete or receive warnings about cookies.
• Use privacy controls provided by your device or operating system.
• Review controls offered by third-party analytics, advertising or social media services.
• Clear existing cookies from your device and revisit the website to make a new selection.

The steps for managing cookies vary between browsers and devices. Blocking all cookies may affect sign-in, account functions, preferences, security features and other parts of the website. Some settings may need to be repeated on different browsers or devices. Deleting cookies may also remove saved preferences and may not delete information that has already been collected and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You can usually change your cookie choices at any time, subject to the capabilities of the website and the relevant preference tool. If a cookie preference tool is unavailable or does not work as expected, browser settings may provide an alternative way to manage optional cookies. Disabling optional cookies does not necessarily stop all advertising, but it may make advertising less tailored or affect measurement.

Do not track signals

Some browsers and devices offer a Do Not Track setting or similar signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting these signals, the website may not respond to every such setting in the same way. You can use the cookie controls described above to manage optional cookies where those controls are available.

5. Updates and further information

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our website, technologies, service providers, legal obligations or business practices. When we make changes, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the effective date or other notice where appropriate. The updated policy will apply from the date it is published unless stated otherwise.

We encourage you to review this page periodically so you remain informed about how cookies and similar technologies are used. If a significant change affects your choices, we may provide additional notice through the website or another appropriate channel.

For information about how Raabet9 Casino collects, uses, stores and protects personal information, please read our Privacy Policy. The Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply to use of the website and related services. If you have a question about this Cookies Policy or your privacy choices, please use the contact or support options made available on the website. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through an unsecured message.

By continuing to use the website after making your cookie choices, you acknowledge that cookies and similar technologies may operate as described in this policy, subject to the settings and consent options available to you.
